01 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to users in Bangladesh who are registered or wish to register on the bada8 platform. Accessing bada8 or using any of its services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Bada8 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, a notice will be posted on the website along with the effective date of the new terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. However, bada8 will always maintain clear communication in Bengali for users in Bangladesh.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account on bada8:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to bada8 support immediately.

Verification Process

To ensure security, bada8 may request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete. This process is fully secure and your information will be kept safe.

If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be terminated and balances may be forfeited. bada8 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bada8. All transactions must be legitimate and sourced from your own funds.

Deposit

• Deposits can be made via mobile banking and electronic wallets.
• A minimum deposit amount applies and will be displayed on the platform.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
• Unusually large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Withdraw

• Account verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.

04 Bonus & Promotional Offers

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.
• All bonuses require wagering requirements to be met, typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.

• Bonuses have a limited validity period; any unused bonus will expire if not used within the specified timeframe.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be considered bonus abuse.

05 Gaming Rules

All games on bada8 are developed by certified software providers and undergo regular audits. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring complete fairness.

• If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game, that round will be considered void.
• If a game is interrupted due to network disconnection, the outcome will be determined based on the server logs.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• In Sports Betting, the stake amount, odds, and rules are displayed separately for each market.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bada8 platform. Any account found to be in violation will be terminated immediately.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
